NMCT Professional Services Fund

The New Mexico Community Trust (NMCT) Professional Services Fund is designed to support New Mexico nonprofits experiencing significant disruption due to reductions, delays, or uncertainty in federal and other public funding.

Unlike a traditional grant program in which grantees receive direct cash awards, organizations participating in the Professional Services Fund will receive access to fully funded professional services and technical assistance. Services may include strategic planning, financial modeling, fundraising and development support, communications strategy, legal guidance, organizational restructuring, and support in assessing strategic partnerships, collaborations, or mergers.

Through the Fund, organizations will be connected with professional service providers who can help them respond to immediate challenges, evaluate options, and develop practical strategies for adapting to a changing funding environment. This is a one-year pilot program that may be continued or expanded if funding permits.
